Avril Lavigne teamed up with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and the Make-A-Wish Foundation to give Kaylin Giroir, a 14-year-old young fan from Louisiana a taste of the rock-star life.

Kaylin Giroir,a victim of muscular dystrophy got to make a red carpet before Lavigne’s concert and also got a guitar signed by the musician.
