50 Cent and Lil' Kim sued.


Rappers 50 Cent,Lil' Kim and two record companies,Rotten Apple Records and Atlantic Records have been sued by Carlos Evans, a record producer.The producer has claimed that they failed to pay him royalties on a song that sold two million copies.According to the producer he had a deal with Rotten Apple Records in 2003 to make a rap track called Magic Stick that was to be performed by 50 Cent and Lil' Kim.He said that the song was first made for 50 cents album Get Rich or Die Tryin bur was later made for Lil Kim's album La Bella Mafia produced by Atlantic Records.Magic Stick became a big hit and it hit No.2 on Billboard Hot 100.Evans has also said that he was supposed to be getting $7,500 advance and royalties out of which he got only the advance and nothing else.Evans is now claiming $2 million in compensatory damages and punitive damages.
