Nicole Richie is following the foot steps of Paris Hilton.
Nicole Richie who was charged for driving under the influence of alcohol was sentenced to four days in jail.She was fined $ 2048 and was ordered to enroll with in 21 days in a court-supervised rehabilitation program.
She was also placed on a three years probation and was warned that she would be sentenced to 12 months in jail if she violated her probation.
