Britney Spears has lost the custody of her children Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.The troubled singer has been ordered by Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon to hand over the children to her ex-husband Kevin Federline by Wednesday October 3 at 12 noon, until further notice.

According to K-Fed’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan the rapper is using a significant strategy to protect his kids.The rapper has served a staff member at Promises rehab, where Britney Spears underwent treatment,with a subpoena.Kaplan told Us magazine, "An executive administrator from Promises rehab facility was served with a subpoena today."
He also said,Kevin is pursuing relevant information from all relevant sources...There is a significant strategy in place that Kevin is going to pursue whatever he needs to do to protect his kids."
