Avril Lavigne cancels six more concert dates.

Avril Lavigne has cancelled six more concert dates due to acute laryngitis.The singer has earlier apologized to her fans for cancelling two concerts in Phoenix and San Diego due to voice problems.The singer again apologized to her fans after cancelling six more concert dates.

She wrote:

My sincerest apologies to all of my fans. My intention was to
complete the rest of the tour but tonight at sound check in Anaheim I
realized this wasn't possible. Even though I have been resting my
voice for days, when I tried to sing nothing came out." Lavigne said
this evening.

She wrote:
"I have been sick this whole tour, and now I have lost my voice,I have never canceled a show in my whole career and just had to for the first time ever. This sux! I am so sorry! I have been on the road for 60 days straight. I have had the flu 3 times and I never get sick, it just keeps going around. I think I am just run down. I just played 4 shows in a row in Texas (which is a lot for the vocals) and woke up in Vegas Tuesday with no voice. I thought I was gonna have to cancel that show, but I made it through.....barely! I still went on stage in Vegas and gave it my all, but unfortunately its interfering with my throat now. I had to eliminate songs."

Avril Lavigne teamed up with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and the Make-A-Wish Foundation to give Kaylin Giroir, a 14-year-old young fan from Louisiana a taste of the rock-star life.

Kaylin Giroir,a victim of muscular dystrophy got to make a red carpet before Lavigne’s concert and also got a guitar signed by the musician.
