Gwyneth Paltrow who is recovering from a knee injury has begged fans not to photograph her feet because she would get into trouble with her physiotherapist.The actress was appeared wearing huge silver stiletto heels at an event to promote her new
Iron Man.
She said, "Don't show my non-orthopedic shoes. I got off the crutches two weeks ago and the cane yesterday and I've been doing a lot of physical therapy and I'm seriously not supposed to be in these shoes, but that's okay."
