Troubled singer Britney Spears has appointed her cousin.Alli Sims as her new assistant after she sacked Shannon Funk.Alli Sims previously assisted Britney but quit her job since she was planning to concentrate her own singing career.

Alli Sims,23-year old cousin of Britney Spears is reportedly launching her own music career.She has previously worked as an assistant for Britney for six-months and has since then seen the great downfall of the Britney Spears.
Alli Sims said to People :"Britney heard my songs on the laptop and was like, 'I love this song! This is you singing?' She has always been supportive."She also added that her cousin is a very good mom and she loves her children to death.
